Pretty aromatics of red fruits, violet and spice lead to flavours of ripe cherry and dark, juicy berries with a soft line of savoury herb; supported by supple tannins and a lovely, long finish. It's the perfect wine for pizza or burger night , or enjoy it with mushroom, egg, fish and poultry dishes. For cheese pairings, select washed rind or nutty, medium firm styles.
