The Imperia Pasta machine is a traditional chrome plated steel pasta machine, specifically designed to ensure unsurpassed fresh homemade pasta, Italian style.
It kneads and rolls a 150mm strip of pasta in 6 different thicknesses.
It comes with the double cutter attachment for Tagliatelle (2mm) and Fettuccine (6.5mm). The fixing clamp and the handle with hilt are made of Italian beech-wood.
Instruction manual and recipes are included.
