With four vineyards and a winery based in the Central Otago subregion of Bannockburn, the soul is the Terra Sancta Estate on Felton Road - the oldest vineyard in the sub-region, originating in 1991. Hand-picked grapes from the same Bannockburn vines that create Terra Sancta's rare single block wines. Fresh, luxuriant flavours of cherry, raspberry and plum surge to a long and silky finish.
