The special design of the Le Creuset Insulated Cookie Sheet means that heat spreads extremely evenly and gently, making it superb for delicate bakes such as cookies, biscuits, meringues, gingerbread men, shortbread and scones, as well as bread shaped by hand.
This large, flat and rigid tin is a real kitchen essential as it can be slid easily in and out of the oven and is ideal to use as a pre-heated support for shapes moulds, oven dishes and acts as a base for flan rings and cake hoops.
