A+ Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

This refined Sauvignon Blanc has an intense herbaceous nose with soft, textural tropical notes of melon and mango on the palate, and a clean long limey finish. Perfect with barbecued fish or a bowl of green lipped mussels and fresh asparagus. The grapes were selected from premium vineyards in the Waihopai and Wairau Valleys to provide a complex base that gives the sensory experience of layers of complexity. Stainless steel fermentation using aromatic yeasts retains varietal character while a short period of lees contact and a small portion fermented in oak barrels contributes texture and roundness.
