16,500ft Tandem Skydive

Elevate your heart rate as you dive off a plane from 16,500ft! After a safety briefing, you will board the aircraft for an exciting flight over the Southern Alps up to altitude. Once you've reached 16,500ft, you'll inch closer to the edge before leaping out of the plane with your instructor, freefalling from the sky at 200km/h for 65 seconds. The parachute will then be launched and you'll float peacefully to the ground for a few minutes. Admire unparalleled views of temperate rainforest, glistening toothy mountains, icy rivers, lakes and of course the dazzling Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers as you descend. It's a truly unique way to witness one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Under 12 year olds will be assessed on the day.
