How do I earn Airpoints Dollars™ on my order?

You can now earn Airpoints Dollars™ on your cash spend on eligible items at the Airpoints Store.

Simply sign in to your Airpoints account and purchase any eligible item. You will receive your Airpoints Dollars after all items in your order are delivered. Do I need to be an Airpoints member to earn Airpoints Dollars on my purchase?

Yes, you need to be an Airpoints member to earn eligible Airpoints Dollars on your purchase. Not a member? Join Airpoints

 

How many Airpoints Dollars can I earn?

You can earn A1 per $100 NZD spent on eligible products on the Airpoints Store.

Can I earn Airpoints Dollars on all products on the Airpoints Store?

Some items are not eligible for earning Airpoints Dollars at this time. You can see if an item is excluded from earning Airpoints Dollars on product pages.



What are Airpoints Dollars only products?

Some products can only be purchased with Airpoints Dollars, you will see this indicated on the product page.

I only earned Airpoints Dollars on part of my order?

Some items are not eligible for earning Airpoints Dollars. You can see if an item is excluded from earning Airpoints Dollars on product pages. If you have purchased eligible items and have checked out using Flexipay, you will only earn Airpoints Dollars on the cash portion of your order.

 

How long will it take to receive the Airpoints Dollars I made on my order?

Airpoints Dollars are added to your Airpoints account after all items in your order have been delivered. If you have ordered more than one item, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You’ll receive updates with tracking details for each shipment.

 

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If your order is cancelled, you will not earn Airpoints Dollars on the cancelled items.

 

What happens if I return part of, or my whole order?

If you return your order any Airpoints Dollars already issued on eligible products will be automatically deducted from your account. If only part of the order is returned, Airpoints Dollars will be deducted proportionally to the value of the items returned.

 

Why is my Airpoints Dollars in negative?

If an item is returned or cancelled, any Airpoints Dollars already issued will be deducted proportionally to the value of the items returned. If you have already spent those Airpoints Dollars or do not have enough Airpoints Dollars to cover the deduction, your Airpoints balance may go into negative.



Where can I see the Airpoints Dollars I’ve earned?
You can see Airpoints Dollars you’ve earned on your Order Confirmation Email, in your Order History on the Airpoints Store as well as in your Airpoints account transaction history.



How can I see how many Airpoints Dollars I will earn?
You can see the amount of Airpoints Dollars that you can earn on each product page and at checkout. You will only earn Airpoints Dollars on the cash component of your order. The more cash you spend in your order, the more Airpoints Dollars you can earn on eligible products.
